In a dramatic turn of events during the South Africa vs. Nepal match at Arnos Vale Ground, Kingstown, St Vincent, emotions reached a boiling point among the Nepalese supporters.

The thrilling 31st Match of the World Cup ended with South Africa clinching a narrow one-run victory, leaving Nepal and its fans devastated.

A video capturing a heated altercation between two Nepal supporters went viral during the match.

The fans, unable to control their emotions during a tense run-chase, were engaged in a physical fight. The disappointment was palpable, as supporters looked shell-shocked by the dramatic turn of events.

Having won the toss and elected to bowl first, Nepal effectively restricted the Proteas to 115 for seven in their twenty overs. Thanks to the brilliant efforts of spin twins Kushal Bhurtel (4/19) and Dipendra Singh Airee (3/21), South Africa were held to a modest total.

The chase seemed promising for Nepal, with opener Aasif Sheikh top-scoring with 42 off 49 balls and forming a crucial 50-run partnership with Anil Sah (27 off 24) for the third wicket.

However, South Africa's Tabraiz Shamsi turned the game on its head, taking four key wickets and stalling Nepal's momentum.

As Nepal inched closer to what looked like a famous victory, a middle-order collapse left them tantalizingly short, finishing just one run shy of the target.

The heartbreaking defeat was a bitter pill to swallow for the Nepal fans who had been fervently cheering their team on.
