Mumbai Indians practice session saw a special arrival of Advik Chawla, spinner Piyush Chawla's son, who captured Ishan Kishan's heart with a one-handed softball catch.

After losing the IPL 2024 season-opening game to Gujarat Titans, Mumbai Indians landed in Hyderabad earlier today for their impending fixture against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, in a first practice session, MI wicketkeeper batter Ishan Kishan was seen having a fun moment with fellow teammate Piyush Chawla's son Advik Chawla. 

Kishan grabbed a tennis ball to offer softball catching practice to little Advik. However, Ishan threw a tedious catch attempt that was way above the kids' standards. But Advik ended up plucking a running one-handed catch, which left the whole camp surprised and in awe.

To further boost his morale and appreciate the extraordinary attempt, Kishan lifted the kid in jubilation and celebrated the catch.

It was indeed a wholesome moment, and the video of it garnered widespread attention and admiration from fans and followers alike.

In a world often characterized by competition and rivalry, moments like these serve as powerful reminders of the values that unite us as human beings. 

That being said, Ishan Kishan is under much pressure this IPL season. After getting snubbed in the BCCI central contract list, the wicketkeeper batter departed on a duck in MI's previous matchup against GT.

To ensure a spot on India's T20 World Cup squad, Kishan must prove his worth and bag a contract before time runs out.
