Iftikhar Ahmed falls for a golden duck in a club game [x]
Pakistan's Iftikhar Ahmed, who featured in their recent debacle in the T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies, took the field for a club game in Peshawar didn't trouble the scorers, falling on the first ball.
Following the disastrous T20 World Cup run of Pakistan where they got eliminated from the group stage after the famous defeat against the USA and India, star batter, Iftikhar Ahmed was seen in a club match in Peshawar where he was captured getting out on a golden duck.
In the video that has surfaced on the internet, Iftikhar is seen trying to get into a groove while moving in to bat for a club. However, while facing a spinner, Ahmed was foxed into playing a half-volley straight to the catching covers. The fielding team can also be seen celebrating the priced wicket of an international player wildly.

Pakistan's designated finisher last featured in a game in the defeat against India on June 9 in New York, where he just managed to score 5 (9). However, following the recent 'major surgery' comments from PCB chairman, his participation in the upcoming international matches remains a point of discussion.
Pakistan will be hosting Bangladesh in a two Test series up next which will begin from August 21 in Rawalpindi.
