Australian legend, Brett Lee recently picked Jasprit Bumrah as the best all-format bowler in the world currently while talking about the exceptional T20 World Cup campaign that Bumrah had last month.

Brett Lee who is currently captaining Australia in the World Championship of Legends in England has opened up about the best bowler he is seeing across the three formats in the current generation of cricketers.

The former Australian speedster who once terrified opponents with his pace has named India's Jasprit Bumrah over his fellow countrymen,Pat Cummins and Mitch Starc as his pick, citing his incredible ability to bowl fast while shaping the new ball and the T20 World Cup that he had.

"In my opinion, Jasprit Bumrah is simply exceptional. He is the best bowler in all formats right now and leads the attack."


"Bumrah can keep up an amazing pace while shaping the new ball away. His tournament performance demonstrated his leadership abilities, taking about 15 wickets with remarkable economy. He is absolutely exceptional, and India is deserving of praise for their accomplishments,” Lee added.

Lee, also praised the Indian T20I batting lineup and how India's setup has perfect players to dominate each position and all the phases of the 20 overs saying Indian batters, from top to bottom can add runs quickly.
