According to reports, Kohli has now joined hands with a new Indian athleisure brand called Agilitas Sports. He’s not just promoting the brand but is also investing in it. Interestingly, this new company was started by the former head of Puma India, Abhishek Ganguly.
Puma confirmed the news and thanked Kohli for the years of collaboration, saying it was a great journey filled with many memorable campaigns and projects.
"Sports brand PUMA India confirms the end of its longtime partnership with cricketer and brand ambassador Virat Kohli. PUMA wishes Virat the best for his future endeavours and said it was a wonderful association with him spanning over several years, many outstanding campaigns, and path-breaking product collaborations. As a sports brand, PUMA will continue to actively invest in the next generation of athletes and aggressively build the future of the sporting ecosystem in India," a Puma spokesperson reportedly said.
Meanwhile, Kohli is now looking to build something fresh in the sportswear space with Agilitas, aiming to create a new global identity.
