While Delhi’s match against Tamil Nadu was live-streamed earlier. He also added that any change to include this much-awaited game will depend on last-minute developments.

It is important to mention that, he added that fans wishing to catch a glimpse of Kohli in action must attend the match in person.

Earlier, according to several reports, the Delhi District Cricket Association (DDCA) has made several special arrangements, that also include hosting 10,000 fans for free to watch Virat play in the Ranji Trophy.

It is  important to note that, this will be Virat Kohli’s first appearance in the Ranji Trophy in over a decade. His last outing came in November 2012, when he played against Uttar Pradesh in Ghaziabad. The star batter’s return to domestic cricket follows a dip in form in Tests.

Virat should play in Ranji Trophy in order to find his lost rhythm and form in the longest format of the game. Talking about his stats, in 2024, Kohli has played 15 matches across formats and scored 319 runs at an average of 18.76. This is one of the worst years for the star player as he completely failed with his bat.
