Indian cricketer Sanju Samson celebrated his 30th birthday in style as he travelled with the Indian squad from Gqeberha to Centurion ahead of the third T20I against South Africa. The talented wicketkeeper-batter, who has been in sensational form, marked the occasion with his teammates on the plane and bus and was seen enjoying his time with the team. 

Sanju Samson Celebrates His Birthday In Style

In the viral video shared by BCCI, Sanju Samson is seen enjoying and celebrating his special days with the team and management. The other players also seemed excited and sang a special 'Birthday Song' for Sanju on the bus.  The clip showcased the camaraderie among the players, who made sure Samson's special day was filled with laughter and good vibes. 


Sanju Samson's Remarkable Recent Form 

Talking about Sanju Samson's professional front, he has been making headlines with his incredible performance in the ongoing T20I series. The right-hander showcased his explosive batting skills in the first T20I against South Africa, where he smashed 107 runs off just 50 balls.  

This remarkable innings came on the heels of another stunning century that is 111 off just 46 balls  in the third T20I against Bangladesh, making him the first Indian batter to achieve consecutive centuries in T20Is.

Samson’s back-to-back centuries have etched his name in the record books. He joins an elite list that includes Rilee Rossouw and Phil Salt, who have also managed this feat in T20I's. 

However it is also important to mention along with ups Sanju also faced a minor setback in the second T20I, where he was dismissed for a three-ball duck. However, his prior performances in the series have firmly established him as a vital player for India, especially in the shortest format.

As India prepares to face South Africa for the third T20I in Centurion on November 13, all eyes will be on Suryakumar Yadav and Co. as they will want to make a comeback after facing a defeat in the second match of the series.
