India have been dealt a heavy blow in the second T20I of the four match series. Notably, after winning the first match of the series rather convincingly India are looking to take an unassailable lead in the series with a win at the St George's Park. However, unfortunatley the centurion from the first match, Sanju Samson has been dismissed for a duck in this game.
The South African skipper, Aiden Markram won the toss and put India to bat for the second time in the series. The two Indian openers Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson walked out into the middle with the intention to give India a positive start.

Markram handed over the ball to Marco Jansen for the first over. The left-arm seamer kept the line tight and did not allow Sanju the room to get off the block. This visibly frustrated the right handed opening batter as he started to leave the stumps in an attempt to give himself some room.
The early loss of Sanju has put India under pressure. As they soon lost their other opener Abhishek Sharma to Gerald Coetzee.
