The IPL 2024 schedule is out and it is expected to be another cracker-jacker of a season with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) locking horns against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the curtain raiser on March 22.
However, with general elections set to be held in India around May, the schedule will be released in two phases. As of now, only the phase 1 of the schedule with 21 matches spanning from 22nd March to April 7 has been released which includes 4 double-headers on weekends.
Punjab Kings IPL Schedule 2024 Phase 1
Punjab Kings (PBKS) who have been consistently inconsistent in IPL over the years, will play four matches in phase 1. They will play their opening game against Delhi Capitals on the second day of the IPL 2024 which will be a day game at their brand new home ground Mullanpur Stadium in Mohali.

Their next three matches will be against RCB and LSG on 25th and 30th March respectively. Gujarat Titans (GT) will be their final opponent in the phase 1 and that game will be played on 4th of April at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Apart from first game, the other three games will be the night matches and Punjab Kings would be hoping to change their fortunes this time around.
