The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that as many as six T20I players will be undergoing training in Karachi before taking flight for Australia in November. The Pakistan cricket team, under the leadership of Mohammad Rizwan, will be travelling around Australia for a series of three ODIs and three T20I matches between November 4 and November 18.

Ahead of the T20I segment of the tour, the six training-bound players will be joining Mohammad Rizwan and co. mere days prior to the series owing to their late arrival.

On October 31, the PCB confirmed that six Pakistan T20I players will be participating in a training camp at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi between November 2 and November 6. The players, all slated to join the Pakistan squad in Australia in mid-November for the T20I series, are Jahandad Khan, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, Omair Bin Yousaf, Sahibzada Farhan, Sufiyan Moqim and Usman Khan.

Coaches Saeed Bin Nasir and Abdul Saad will be supervising the Karachi training camp alongside physio Imtiaz and trainer Taimoor Mehmood. Following the conclusion of the five-day camp, each player will depart for their respective cities before taking flight for Australia on November 10.

Pakistan’s T20I series against Australia will commence on November 14 at The Gabba in Brisbane. The subsequent two matches of the tour will be hosted by the SCG and Hobart’s Bellerive Oval on November 16 and November 18 respectively.

Here is a look at Pakistan’s entire 15-player squad for the three-match series in Australia:
