Former India bowling coach Bharat Arun heaped massive praise on the seamers that the Men in Blue have produced lately. He spoke highly about Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, and Jasprit Bumrah.

The three seamers have formed a formidable trio and are a force to reckon with. However, Shami is currently recovering from an ankle injury, while Siraj is struggling for form.

Amid this, Arun called for nurturing and tapping young talents at the right time. Speaking with Indian Express, Bharat stated that there are several players in IPL, who bowl between 140-145 Kmph.

"It's a question of identifying the right ones and giving them opportunities to be ready for the Australian trip. There are lots of bowlers who hit 140-150 kph in the IPL. So it is about nurturing and giving them the right exposure. There must be a first time. Red ball cricket is something these bowlers must get used to. We have time but we need to prepare by giving them enough overs under their belt," said Arun.

Meanwhile, Arun reserved special praise for Siraj and rated him as India's most dangerous bowler in the world if the ball is reversing. He said:

"Bowling in first-class cricket, you bowl on unresponsive pitches. You have to come out with some guile or you would need to learn how to reverse the ball because of the conditions that exist in our country. I think it helped Siraj and Shami a great deal. That's why when the conditions are right and the ball is reversing, Siraj is probably one of the most dangerous bowlers in world cricket."

Mohammed Siraj Out Of Duleep Trophy With Illness

Things have gone worse for Siraj, as the right-arm seamer, who has taken just 18 wickets in 14 matches across formats this year, his lowest in the last four years, will miss more action as he has been ruled out of the upcoming Duleep Trophy.

Earlier, Siraj was named in group B, but due to an undisclosed illness, he has been replaced by Navdeep Saini. Recently, the Hyderabad-based cricketer was seen hitting the gym to get back stronger.
