After the heartbreak of the 2019 Cricket World Cup, the mighty New Zealand side will be back for the tournament that has given sleepless nights over the years in the World Cup 2023. With the goal to reach a step ahead of the last, the BlackCaps will wear their colour once again with pride, led by skipper Kane Williamson, whose availability for the first few matches is still an uncertainty.

However, the country from Oceania have released their kit with less than 20 days remaining for the global event that would see ten teams taking part to earn the glorious title. The black jersey, as always, looks classy with stripes marked below the New Zealand's name in vertical fashion.

The black and grey colours complement each other very well, with the World Cup logo and BlackCaps' logo positioned on the respective right and left sides at the top frontal part of the jersey.

Talking about the team's recent performance, the stand-in skipper Tom Latham led the side during the unsuccessful ODI series against England, which they lost by 3-1.

But as far as the side is concerned, left-arm pacer Trent Boult has returned after leaving out his central contract last year. Apart from him, senior bowler Tim Southee suffered a thumb fracture, and the call on his participation awaits after all the factors are determined.

The Kiwis will be involved in the first match of the World Cup 2023 to be played against their rivals, England, at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on 5th October. Also, they will be touring Bangladesh for the three-match ODI series that will be played between 21st to 26th of September.
