Jasprit Bumrah was the star for India with the ball in the first innings as the stand-in India skipper grabbed a 5-wicket haul to stun the Australian team. With the surface helping the pacers, Bumrah tormented the Aussie batters as he picked up his second fifer against Australia.

Interestingly, this was his seventh fifer in SENA country, showcasing his domination on away surfaces. India posted a mere 150 in their first innings and the bowlers had a lot of responsibility to bring their side back in the contest.

Bumrah did exactly that as he bowled at the right lines and lengths and finished with figures of 5 for 30 as Australia got bundled out for a mere 104. However, instead of celebrating his greatness, fans in Perth who witnessed his spell accused the Indian pacer of chucking.
