On Wednesday, April 30, Punjab Kings will lock horns against Chennai Super Kings at Chepauk Stadium. It is a do-or-die match for the MS Dhoni-led side as they are placed last on the table with just four points in nine matches. Ahead of the crucial match, Yuzvendra Chahal hogged the internet as Kings dropped a video, where the PBKS leg-spinner was on cloud nine after receiving a bat from MS Dhoni.

In the video, Chahal was seen running towards the dugout with Dhoni's bat, where he engaged in a fun banter with Glenn Maxwell and Priyansh Arya. Notably, Maxwell was surprised that Dhoni gave a bat to Chahal and took a dig at the PBKS spinner.

Reacting to the gift, Maxwell remarked, "You always get subbed off." The Australia all-rounder mocked Chahal and remarked that he doesn't get to bat and gets subbed off as an impact sub. Further, Priyansh Arya, who is having a season to remember, also joked with Yuzi and stated that a young kid from Haryana might steal the bat.

The Punjab Kings vs Chennai Super Kings match will be a reverse fixture as Punjab Kings emerged victorious the previous time these two met at the Mullanpur Stadium. Talking about Yuzvendra Chahal, the leg-spinner has had a brilliant season so far as he has taken nine wickets in eight innings. 

Further, Priyansh Arya is also having a season to remember as he is also the contender for the emerging player of the year award in this edition with 323 runs in nine innings, averaging 35.89.
