Pakistan's star seamer Haris Rauf has emerged to be one of the most sucessful T20I bowlers of the recent times. While, Rauf is at the centre of criticism for his poor economy, he has managed to pick wickets.

It is worth noting that Rauf's success also lies in his discipline, which includes not overstepping the crease. The last time Haris bowled a no-ball in his career was in 2020, which is a great sign for any fast bowler who wishes to bowl at a speed near Haris Rauf.

Also, Rauf has bowled just two no-balls in his career, while Jasprit Bumrah has five to his name in T20I cricket.

Haris Rauf Fastest Seamer To 100 T20I Wickets

During 2024 T20 World Cup match between Pakistan and Canada, Rauf completed 100 T20I wickets and became the fastest seamer to achieve that feat. Rauf completed the feat in 71 matches. 

Overall, he is the 3rd fastest player to reach 100 T20I wickets. Similary Rauf holds several feats in T20I cricket. Although, talking about the ongoing match, Rauf is having a game to forget as he has been hit for six sixes already. 

Notably, Pakistan, batting first, put 206 runs on the board courtesy of Saim Ayub's 98-runs knock. Meanwhile, at the time of writing this article, South Africa are on the verge of clinching the series as Reeza Hendricks' maiden T20I century has helped the Proteas put 174 runs on the board and require just 33 runs to win in 23 balls.
