The Pakistan Cricket Board has finally granted some of their star players NOC for Caribbean Premier League 2024 which is set to start on 30th of August. The likes of Mohammad Amir, Azam Khan, Fakhar Zaman and Imad Wasim have been granted No Objection Certificate (NOC) and are all set to feature in all games for their respective sides in CPL 2024.

However, Saim Ayub has not got the NOC as he is part of the Pakistan's Test squad for the Bangladesh series. PCB has been sceptical in recent past in issuing NOC to their star players and have formulated the policy of Pakistan players being allowed to play only two franchise cricket leagues alongside Pakistan Super League in a year.

Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, Rizwan Were Denied NOC

Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan all were denied NOC by PCB to play in Global T20 Canada citing the need to keep them fit and fresh for the Test series against Bangladesh.

Three of the four players who have been give NOC by PCB will represent Antigua and Barbuda Falcons while Azam Khan will play for reigning champions, Guyana Amazon Warriors in what is expected to be an exciting 12th season of the biggest cricketing carnival in the Caribbean.
