The Mumbai Cricket Association(MCA) is all set to auction 2 tickets for all the World Cup matches. They will host 5 World Cup matches including the high-voltage SemiFinal clash.

According to the circulating reports, MCA will auction two tickets for all the World Cup matches this year. The significance of these two tickets go back India's last World Cup win back in 2011. When the then Indian captain MS Dhoni hit the historic six over long on to ensure India's second CWC win, the ball landed right on those seats. The party that broke out late night on 2nd April that year etched into every fans memory.

Interestingly, MCA took an innovative initiative this season when they invited Dhoni during CSK's practice at Wankhede stadium to inaugurate the project work to earmark those seats where it landed. Those seats are exactly at the extreme right of MCA Pavilion stand, exclusive seats for the club representative during big matches.

Now, in order to make it more memorable they're organizing an auction to sell tickets of those seats for the fans. Undoubtedly it will create euphoria among fans. They will like to relive the nostalgia back. With this, Indian team will like to have the same results back in their favour, to end the tournament as CHAMPIONS. More interestingly, they will face the same opponent Sri Lanka, which makes it even more special on the 2nd day the month.

The Wankhede Stadium has gone through some construction work and now the last minute preparation mode is on. It is expected the stage to get ready to host the World Cup matches soon. The atmosphere is electrifying and the pitch suits the modern-day limited overs game. This time, Wankhede will host one of the SemiFinals. If India qualifies, they will most likely to play there unless Pakistan is there opponent. In that case Indo-Pak rivalry will shift to Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
