In today's time, social media has become brutal for cricketers and celebrities. Recently, Pakistan's Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have been scrutinised by fans after Arshad Nadeem qualified for Javelin's final match in the Paris Olympics 2024 with his 86.59-meter throw.

Cricket fans have turned into trolls by making jokes about Babar and Rizwan's strike rates, which are usually on the lower side. Babar Azam's ODI and T20I strike rates read 88.75 and 129.09, respectively. Meanwhile, Mohammad Rizwan's strike rates in the respective formats are 89.81 and 126.45.

Nadeem, who has a Commonwealth Games Gold and World Championships Silver, has qualified for the Olympic Final for the second time straight along with India's Olympic Gold Medallist, Neeraj Chopra and 10 other throwers.

The 27-year-old thrower from Pakistan has been brilliant form heading into the Olympics as he won a Silver medal in the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest with a throw of 87.82m.

Nadeem and Chopra will next be seen on Thursday (August 8), where the two athletes look to bag a medal for their nations. Interestingly, Pakistan has not won a single medal in Olympics since the Bronze in Barcelona 1992.
