India is set to take on Pakistan in the Super 4 match of the Asia Cup 2025, and the contest holds utmost importance as there is heightened tension between the two nations, and their previous group stage fixture also ended with the no handshake controversy, which further created a rift between them.

The ICC filed an official complaint to the ICC, and even threatened to boycott their Asia Cup match vs the UAE, as the matter escalated between the two nations. However, the Super 4 encounter is expected to go through smoothly, but before the clash, a viral photo of Fakhar Zaman could create trouble for him.

In a viral photograph, Fakhar is seen signing autographs for the Indian fans, and it created outrage, especially with the current situation between India and Pakistan.

The photo was posted from a random X account, as Fakhar could be seen with the Indian fans. The Men in Blue fans are also capturing his picture as the Pakistan opener is signing the autograph. At first, it seemed the picture was from a previous tour, but the reality is that the opener actually gave his autograph.

In the picture, Fakhar is wearing the Gatorade-sponsored Pakistan training kit, and the sports drink manufacturer is the current training kit sponsor of Pakistan. Though the southpaw looked uninterested in giving an autograph, as seen in the picture.

Pakistan have won two group stage matches and only lost a solitary encounter against India, and on the basis of stats, Fakhar has been Pakistan’s best batter in the Asia Cup 2025. He has accumulated 90 runs in three matches, with a strike rate of 134, and has been the lone shining light in the otherwise average batting order.
