Indian shooting star Manu Bhaker has recently turned heads with her unexpected crossover into cricket techniques.

After a phenomenal performance in the Paris Olympics, Bhaker took a well-deserved break and used the opportunity to explore new avenues in sports.

Bhaker, who brought home two bronze medals from Paris, shared a snapshot on social media with India's T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav. The photo shows Bhaker striking a cricketer's pose, while Yadav mimics a shooter’s stance, holding an imaginary pistol.

The fun exchange went viral, with Bhaker captioning it, “Learning techniques of a new sport with the Mr. 360 of India! @surya_14kumar 💪”

Bhaker made a significant impact at the Paris Games, earning bronze medals in both the 10m Air Pistol event and the 10m Mixed Team Air Pistol event. She also narrowly missed out on a medal in the 25m Air Pistol event, finishing fourth.

Her remarkable achievements were further highlighted when she co-led the Indian delegation as the flagbearer at the closing ceremony.

KKR Have Approached Suryakumar Yadav

In the cricketing world, Suryakumar Yadav's leadership is also in the spotlight. Following Rohit Sharma's retirement from T20Is, Yadav took over as captain, leading India to impressive victories against Sri Lanka, Australia, and South Africa.

With Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) reportedly interested in appointing him as their captain for the IPL 2025 season, Yadav's leadership journey is gaining significant attention.

This potential change could shift team dynamics, especially as Mumbai Indians have recently seen shifts in their leadership roles.
