BCCI's Stand On Champions Trophy 2025

Champions Trophy 2025 is set to start from February 16 in Pakistan. At present, the three selected venues in Pakistan are under renovation as five-member ICC team has arrived in Karachi to inspect the preparations so far.

Meanwhile, BCCI has not made any official remark on India's participation in Champions Trophy 2025, but there are reports that the board is looking for a hybrid model similar to Asia Cup 2023 as they do not want to travel to Pakistan because of security concerns.

Amid all the rumours of the event moving out of Pakistan, ICC allocating extra funds to PCB to shift  India games out of Pakistan, recently ICC CEO cleared the air and stated that the tournament will stay in Pakistan and seven out of the eight participating countries have no issue playing in Pakistan.
