In a significant development, the schedule for Bangladesh's upcoming tour of Sri Lanka has been unveiled. The Tigers will travel to the island nation to play two Tests, three ODIs and three T20Is against the hosts. 

Bangladesh To Tour Sri Lanka In June-July

Bangladesh's much-anticipated tour of Sri Lanka will start with a two-match Test series. The first game will be played at the iconic Galle International Stadium, with the Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo will host the decider of the series. 

Meanwhile, Colombo's R Premadasa Stadium will host the first two ODIs, while the final game of the series will take place at Pallekele International Stadium. On the other hand, the three T20Is will be played at Pallekele, Dambulla and Colombo.

  • 1st Test: June 17-21 at Galle International Cricket Stadium, Galle
  • 2nd Test: June 25-29 at Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo

ODIs

  • 1st ODI: July 2 - R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium, Colombo
  • 2nd ODI: July 5 - R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium, Colombo
  • 3rd ODI: July 8 - Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, Pallekele

T20Is

  • 1st T20I: July 10 - Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, Pallekele
  • 2nd T20I: July 13 - Rangiri Dambulla International Cricket Stadium, Dambulla
  • 3rd T20I: July 16 - R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium, Colombo

Bangladesh Announce Squad For Pakistan And UAE Series

Recently, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) unveiled the squad for the upcoming series against Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. Litton Das was appointed as the captain, while the likes of Towhid Hridoy, Mustafizur Rahman, Nahid Rana and Tanzim Hasan Sakib filling key slots.
