The Pakistan cricket team lost the 2nd T20I against Bangladesh by a small margin of 8 runs in a low-scoring thriller. The men in green not only lost the game but also the series and became a laughing stock on the internet.
Having lost the 1st T20I, Pakistan were expected to avenge the humiliation in the 2nd T20I. However, things took a dramatic turn in the second inning. Chasing a 134-run total set by Bangladesh, the men in green lost 5 wickets with just 15 runs on the board.

Shoriful Islam’s sensational 3-wicket-haul while conceding just 17 runs in 4 overs completely shifted momentum on Bangladesh’s side. However, Faheem Ashraf did put on a fight with a gritty knock of 51 runs off 32 balls.
He had a 30-odd-run partnership with Ahmed Daniyal. However, Rishad Hossain got the breakthrough and cleaned up Ashraf in the 19th over.
With 13 runs needed off the final over, Mustafizur Rahman dismissed last man standing Daniyal to bowl out Pakistan on 125 runs, and Bangladesh registered an 8-run thrilling win to claim the series with an unassailable 2-0 lead.
