Pakistan captain Agha Salman showcased exemplary fielding skills in the second T20I against Bangladesh as his direct hit got rid of Towhid Hridoy. As soon as his throw hit the stumps at the non-striker's end, Salman went near Hridoy and gave him a fiery send-off.

The incident occurred during the fifth over of Bangladesh's innings when Towhid Hridoy had just joined the middle following the dismissal of skipper Litton Das. However, before he could make an impact, Pakistan captain Agha Salman ended his brief stay with a magnificent throw.

Pakistan pacer Salman Mirza initially kept Hridoy under the pump by bowling two consecutive dot balls. As a result, the batter became desperate to get off the mark and tried to steal a quick single by nudging the fourth delivery of the over through the off side.

However, it was a risky single, considering Pakistan skipper Agha Salman had collected it cleanly just in time. Before Hridoy could make his ground, Salman hit the bull's eye at the non-striker's end, forcing the batter to leave the field without opening his account.

As Hridoy's valiant dive went in vain, Salman went near him and shouted aggressively at his face, giving him a fiery send-off. The moment signified the skipper's commitment to his team, showcasing his fighting spirit in the must-win clash.

Pakistan's disciplined bowling effort has pushed Bangladesh down on the mat in the penultimate affair at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. After Hridoy departed for a duck, Jaker Ali and Mahedi Hasan struck valuable knocks, ensuring the Tigers breached the 100-run mark.

But Mahedi's dismissal opened the floodgates for the home side that lost crucial wickets of Shamim Hossain and Tanzim Hasan Sakib in quick succession. As of writing, Bangladesh were tottering at 105 for seven, with Jaker and Rishad Hossain batting on 35* and 2*, respectively.
