A true Suryakumar Yadav fanboy is walking in his idol’s footsteps, and his latest knock for the Bundelkhand Bulls has proved that. Showcasing his brilliance, he lit up the game with a fearless assault on the opponent bowlers.

In the new age of cricket, Team India’s T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav is inspiring the future generation with his brilliance. Following his aura, Bundelkhand Bulls batter Abhishek Pathak is grabbing the limelight with his unreal form in the ongoing MPL 2025. After his heroic performance in the previous game, his recent sensational century in the last clash mirrors SKY’s energy on the field.

While batting first against the Jabalpur Royal Lions, Pathak opened the innings with Karan Tahliyani and wrote another tale of excellence. After crafting a half-century, he carried on his brilliance and smashed a ton in just 33 deliveries. As his brilliance kept going, he played a knock of 133 runs in just 48 deliveries with 7 boundaries and 15 sky-high sixes.

Lighting up the stage is nothing new for this Madhya Pradesh batter as he unleashed beast mode in the previous match against the Indore Pink Panthers. While chasing the total, he played an explosive knock of 75 runs in mere 22 deliveries with a whopping strike rate of 340.91.

With some blistering knocks, he is standing in the third position of the points table with 229 runs in just 5 matches with an impressive average of 45.80. His recent century also stands as the highest individual score of the ongoing edition of the tournament so far. After those action-packed shows, the batter reveals his source of inspiration.

“I want to learn consistency from Suryakumar Yadav. That's something I keep working towards,” he said.

Abhishek has been a standout force in the Madhya Pradesh League, and it’s no surprise. Last season, the explosive opener grabbed attention by finishing as the second-highest run-getter with 269 runs in just 5 games. Within him, India may find its next T20 superstar.
