As the Mumbai Indians Women prepare for their upcoming WPL 2024 season match against the UP Warriorz Women, all eyes are on captain Harmanpreet Kaur as fans and pundits speculate whether she will stick to the winning combination or make changes to the team's lineup.

With momentum on their side following recent victories, the Mumbai Indians Women are eager to maintain their winning streak and secure another important win in the tournament.

The defending champions have hit the sweet spot regarding an ideal, balanced lineup this year. With Yastika Bhatia and Hayley Matthews at the top, Nat Sciver-Brunt and Harmanpreet Kaur have had the cushion to play freely in the middle.

That being said, Kaur has done the most work with the willow this year. But Amelia Kerr is slowly picking up pace.

With the ball, Shabnim Ismail and Amelia have been phenomenal. Ismail's strength with the new ball has been on full display this WPL season. Last game, even Kerr stepped up with four quick wickets.

Besides these two wicket-takers, Pooja Vastrakar and Saika Ishaque have been economical in the middle overs, which has resulted in a stoppage in the flow of runs.

Overall, we expect Harmanpareet Kaur to go ahead with the winning combination unless a change is absolutely necessary due to player unavailability. The girls are in form and coming together nicely as a collective unit. Scuffling at this stage does not seem like an ideal choice.

Thus, with a balanced lineup comprising experienced campaigners and exciting young talents, the Mumbai Indians Women will aim for another strong performance and a crucial victory in the tournament.
