Nitish Rana To Make Comeback At Chepauk ? KKR's Probable XI For IPL 2024 Match Vs CSK

In the match 22 of IPL 2024, we have five time champions Chennai Super Kings up against two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders. CSK will be back at their home Chepauk, and need to get back to winnings ways after losing two games on a trot as travellers. 

KKR, on the other hand, are a team in great form and have won all their three games so far. However, over the years, not many teams have been able to beat CSK at Chepauk and it would be interesting to see how KKR tackle Ruturaj Gaikwad and co. in this game.

Shreyas Iyer has led KKR quite well so far and the move to send Sunil Narine at the top of the order has worked wonders for KKR. Phil Salt has also got some good starts while young Angkrish Raghuvanshi impressed one and all against DC with a magnificent 54 off 27 balls at number 3. 

The likes of Russell, Rinku, Venkatesh Iyer and Shreyas all have scored runs and with Nitish Rana expected to be fit for this game, he might come into the XI in place of Ramandeep Singh.

On the bowling front, Mitchell Starc had a decent games against DC after going for plenty in the initial two games. 

However, Vaibhav Arora delivered an impressive performance and the ever-dependable duo of Narine and Varun Chakaravarthy would need to play a key role at Chepauk. 

Harshit Rana did not bowled in the last game, but he has already shown his credentials earlier in the tournament and we might see the same bowling line-up at Chepauk as well. There is an outside chance of Suyash Sharma coming in as third spinner, but that will happen only when the track is a turner.
