KL Rahul To Drop Devdutt Padikkal? LSG's Probable XI For IPL 2024 Match Against KKR

In the 28th match of IPL 2024, Kolkata Knight Riders will take on Lucknow Super Giants at Eden Gardens as both teams look to get back to winning ways after disappointing loss in their respective games. 

The visitors, Lucknow Super Giants have won three out of their five games while KKR have won three out of their four matches. It is crucial game for both the sides as they look to grab two crucial points at Eden Gardens. 

LSG will be donning their special maroon coloured jersey and would also have to make changes as they travel to Kolkata where conditions will be different compared to Lucknow. So, let's see what combination they will prefer for this all-important match.

LSG's opening combination is one of the best in the tournament but they need KL Rahul to go big, something which he has not been able to do so far this season. 

Quinton de Kock has done well, but Devdutt Padikkal at number 3 has struggled big time, and he might be replaced by Deepak Hooda in the the playing XI who was used as an Impact Player in the last game. Rest of the batting line-up is likely to remain same with Stoinis, Pooran expected to play a big role on a flat batting deck at Eden Gardens.

On the bowling front, Manimaran Siddharth could make his comeback in place of Arshad Khan or they can bring in Yudhvir Singh too. They need to bat better though, and it would be interesting to see how they tackle the KKR might at Edens.
