Stamping their authority in both games, Bangladesh will be up against Pakistan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka on Thursday, July 24, 2025, in the third T20I of the series. This final match will be played from 5:30 PM IST, with pride hanging by a thread for the new-look Pakistan side.

Bangladesh

The hosts, Bangladesh, have been simply outstanding in the series after earning victories in both T20Is so far. In the first game, they outclassed Pakistan after bowling them out for 110 and then chasing the score down comfortably in 15.3 overs by seven wickets; whereas in the next game, they were halted for 133 in 20 overs, but in reply, they cleaned up the visitors for 125 after previously reducing them to 30/6, as a result, they earned victory by just eight runs.

Pakistan

On the other hand, Pakistan have been quite unlucky in the series, apart from being poor in both departments. Runs have failed to come by, whereas bowlers, apart from Salman Mirza, have not been as successful as they would have liked.

Ahmed Daniyal made a successful debut in the last game, picking two wickets for 23 runs, while Faheem Ashraf was the star for Pakistan with the bat, scoring 51 runs off 32 deliveries after the match was long out of their grip.

The left-hander did enough in his power to pull the game back, but unfortunately, it didn't work out, as the rest of the batters failed pretty badly. A few changes could be on the cards, considering two or three players might get a look-in, as the series is already out of their grasp, but they will be hoping to provide some game time to the fringe players.

BAN vs PAK Head-To-Head Overview

According to the overall head-to-head standings, both sides have engaged in 24 matches so far, with Pakistan still holding the upper hand, having won 19, while the host, Bangladesh, have only won five. With the kind of form Bangladesh is in, it is highly likely that they might just add another win to their kitty.
