The incident shook the entire world as Team India played an intra-squad game wearing black armbands. Before stepping into the first Test match against England, Team India’s vice-captain Rishabh Pant shared an emotional message.

A London-bound Air India flight crashed soon after taking off, causing 241 deaths. The heartbreaking incident marked one of the darkest days in aviation history.

After the incident, the entire cricket world came together to share the grief. According to The Times Of India, Rishabh Pant added his voice to the chorus, vowing that Team India will give their all to bring smiles back to the nation.

“The whole country is disheartened. What we can do is put our best foot forward & make the country happy,” Pant said.
