As the rising all-rounder remains eager to learn from the greats, he reveals the qualities he admires most in these legendary icons. From Dhoni’s captaincy skills to Rohit’s unbelievable shots, everything is there in his wishlist.
“From Dhoni, I would love to have his captaincy skills. From Kohli, I admire his aggression and passion for the game. And from Rohit, I would love to master his pull shot- it’s simply outstanding.” Reddy said.
Acknowledging The Greats
After contributing so much to Indian cricket, the cricket greats are playing a crucial role in shaping the future of Indian cricket. Nitish Reddy recognizes their impact, calling them a "golden asset" to the game.

Reddy Can’t Wait For A Showdown With Bumrah
In the ongoing tournament, Jasprit Bumrah is a big miss. After sustaining an unfortunate back injury, the Indian speedster is out of the cricket action for months now, but is expecting a mighty return in the ongoing season. Meanwhile, Nitish Reddy is all excited for the challenge of facing off against Bumrah on the IPL stage.
“I would be grateful for the challenge. He is one of the best bowlers in the world right now, and facing him would be an exciting contest. If I manage to score some runs against him, I would be very happy. Competing against top bowlers like Bumrah is what makes the game exciting,” he said.
After having a great time in the last season, Sunrisers Hyderabad is facing setbacks in the ongoing season after consecutive defeats. On April 3, they are all set to face the Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens, aiming for a stronger bounce-back.
