Led by Rohit Sharma, Team India in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 have been on a roll, and have won all their three matches thus far.

Having suffered a slight jitter against Australia, India notched up comprehensive wins against Afghanistan and Pakistan, respectively, only cementing their tags as favourites.

Sharma and Co. face neighbours Bangladesh on Thursday at Pune, which could prove tricky for the hosts, as their opponents have enjoyed success recently against Team India.

Former India wicketkeeper and chief selector MSK Prasad looking at India's makeup, suggested that few changes could take place against Bangla Tigers, given team management's decision to field 'horses for courses' XI.

Here's what Prasad said

"They are using horses for courses and it is working fantastically well for the team. If you see they used Ashwin in Chennai and Shardul for the other two games (in Delhi and Ahmedabad). Last game, Shardul was not required as the others did the job (he bowled only two overs).

"Shami will come into picture if they want to rotate Siraj. Replacements are very clear right now, Sky will replace Shreyas if there is a need, Ishan will replace Gill at the top and Shardul will play if it is a flat deck. Aswhin will come in his place if it is a turning track."

In 40 ODIs between each other, India have won 31, and Bangladesh have won eight, while one ended in no-result.
