Former Indian captain and legendary World Cup 2011-winning skipper MS Dhoni has been one of the most iconic players of this generation. He has managed to win hearts not just with his game but also with his inspirational and tactical leadership.

Mahi, as he is fondly called, is one of the most iconic players who has often shaped people's careers with his valuable advice and guidance and did the same when he was on stage for Allen Career Institute at a recent event in Mumbai.

Speaking during the event, Dhoni, who is known to be calm and composed, explained what motivated him to do well in his life and how things can change if we persist with our lifestyle.

The event happened at Mumbai's SVP Stadium Dome, where more than 350,000 students were present to listen to MS Dhoni's motivational speech, which also became one of the most significant student events ever in India.

MS Dhoni Gives Valuable Advice To Youngsters

Dhoni, who has always followed the mantra of focusing on the process rather than results, advised the same during the event.

He urged the students not to think about the outcome but instead to enjoy their daily lives, live in the present, and focus on their routine. He added that following every small habit day by day will help them big time in the future.

"Small-town dreams can conquer the world—success is not dependent on a pin code anymore. If a boy from Ranchi can achieve it, then with the right guidance, dedication, and mind-set, anyone can,"

"Focus on the preparation that happens behind the scenes; this is what leads to composure on the big stage and the results that follow. Live in the present and enjoy every moment—I never thought about playing for India; I only focused on giving my best in every match I played while growing up,"

Moreover, MS Dhoni did not stop there and advised students to not only learn from their failures and move ahead in life instead of getting stagnated on one failure after another.

"Success and failure are part of life. The key is to learn from failures and keep moving forward. Respect for leaders, embracing challenges, and hard work are irreplaceable values that define success."
