Mumbai Indians are going through a tough time in IPL 2025 with only one win out of their five matches. Their international Indian batters have not been able to live upto their billing, and one of them is Tilak Varma who has struggled to bat with the desired strike-rate.

Tilak Varma Reveals His Admiration For Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav

In one of the games against LSG, the batter only scored 25 runs off 23 balls and was retired out by the mangement. The decision was received with mixed reactions, and his relation with Hardik Pandya came into question again. There have been talks that not all is good between the two, but now Tilak Varma in an interview for Star Sports has shared his admiration for Hardik Pandya.

"Acha Experience Hai, Mere T20I debut unke under hua hai. Last year bhi saath me khel chuke hai, aur humesha kuch bhi galti ho toh batate rehte hai, toh humara relation bahut acha hai."

Tilak Varma also opened up on his relation with Suryakumar Yadav. He said that his great chemistry with Suryakumar Yadav helps his coordinate well with SKY on the field. The left-handed batter also stated that Suryakumar Yadav is very relaxed, and he keeps the environment of the side pretty chill.

In the last match against RCB though, Tilak Varma improved his strike-rate and smashed 56 off just 29 balls, forming a great partnership with Hardik Pandya.
