Abhishek Sharma is considered as one of the most talented young batters in Indian cricket, and in the game against Punjab Kings, he showed exactly why he is rated so highly. The batter smashed the highest-ever total by an Indian batter in the history of the tournament as he blasted 141 from just 55 balls.
His unbelievable knock helped SRH chase down their highest-ever total in the history of the tournament. They knocked down a massive target of 246 in just 18.3 overs and it is the chase that would be remembered for the ages. Abhishek Sharma hit 14 fours and 10 sixes in his knock, and with Travis Head at the other end, the duo stitched a record stand of 171 runs.
