Following England's triumph in Vizag and India's spirited comeback in Hyderabad, anticipation mounts regarding the playing surface awaiting the teams in Rajkot. In the lead-up to the match, Yadav hinted at the nature of the pitch, offering insights into what both teams might expect.

Here's what he said:

"It is not going to be a rank turner but will be a good wicket. I hope it helps the spinners who play," he said. 

Projections suggest the Rajkot pitch will offer an intriguing battle between bat and ball throughout the match, with spinners poised to assert their influence particularly on days three through five. Both bowlers and batters are expected to find opportunities to excel, with spin likely to play a significant role as the game progresses.
