Travis Head's remarkable performance in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 had   been a highlight of the tournament. Scoring 533 runs in just 13 innings at a striking rate of 199.63 showcased his aggressive and effective batting style. 

Opening for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Head has not only excelled individually but also formed a formidable partnership with Abhishek Sharma, contributing significantly to SRH's success and progression to the knockout stages.


Travis Head Opines On T20 World Cup 

In an interview with Sports Tak, Travis Head expressed his hope for India and Australia to meet in the final of the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. He also reflected on the recent history between the two cricketing powerhouses, he mentioned that India and Australia have faced each other in a couple of finals over the last year. 

He expressed his desire for another high-stakes encounter between the two teams in the forthcoming tournament and also highlighted the competitive and thrilling nature of their recent matches.

As the IPL season wraps up, Head's focus will shift to international duties as he joins the Australian squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, scheduled to be held in the USA and the West Indies.
