KL Rahul is one of the finest talents in Indian cricket and for the majority of his career, he has represented India across formats. His record in ODIs especially is fantastic, but his conservative approach, especially in T20s have often made him the centre of criticism.

There are lot of memes and other content going around on social media that are trolling KL Rahul almost everyday, and it has certainly taken a toll on the cricketer, something which he has now revealed in the podcast with Nikhil Kamath.

KL Rahul said that he used to good with the trolling earlier and he does not used to care when he was young. However, he accepted the fact that the trolling from the last few years have increased quite a lot and whatever he does, he ends up getting trolled for it.

"I used to be good with handling trolling. I did not care, but I feel I was much younger back then. And then, a couple of years back, I was exposed to a lot of trolling. If I sat, I got trolled, if I stood, I got trolled".

KL Rahul was last see in the ODI series against Sri Lanka and will be next featuring in Duleep Trophy for India A under the leadership of Shubman Gill. He last led India in the ODI series against South Africa, but seems to be have fallen out of favour as far as captaincy is concerned, and selectors seem to be keen in promoting Gill as a future across formats now.
