In a recent news, Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell showered immense praise on star pacer Jasprit Bumrah. The Australian player also lauded his skills and versatility as a bowler across all formats. Maxwell also called Bumrah the best bowler he has ever faced, and predicted that the 30-year-old Indian star will be remembered as 'the best all-format bowler of all time.

Speaking in a video shared by ESPNCricinfo, Glenn Maxwell reflected on Bumrah’s impressive capabilities. He also stated that Bumrah has all the qualities that top bowler needs. His unbelievable slow ball, an amazing yorker, and the ability to swing the ball both ways makes him an asset to Indian team. Maxwell also highlighted that his action makes him one if the most  unpredictable pacer. 

“I think the best bowler I would have faced would probably be Bumrah. I think he’s probably going to go down as the best all-format bowler of all time. 


His release point, because he releases it from so far out in front of himself, almost feels like he can change where he’s bowling right at the last moment. Unbelievable slow ball, great yorker, has the ability to swing it both ways; he’s got a brilliant wrist, and he’s got a good sniff. It feels like he’s got all the tricks of a really good fast bowler.” Maxwell said in a video shared by ESPNCricinfo.
