Sanju Samson is one of the finest talents in India but somehow has failed to seal a permanent place in the Indian side. He recently made a century in South Africa in ODI format and is now back in the T20Is as well for India's final series before the T20 World Cup.

He is all set to feature in the XI in the first T20I at Mohali against the Afghans and would be looking to make an impact straightaway to stake his claim for a spot in the T20 World Cup squad. There are many who would be hoping that Sanju takes this chance with both hands and one of them is AB de Villiers.

The legendary South African batter and former RCBian mentioned in his You Tube channel that he is a big fan of Sanju Samson and added that the right handed batter from Kerala is a wonderful player.

He stated that it he is very happy to see Sanju Samson back in the T20I team which speaks a lot about the quality of Sanju Samson.

"I have always been a fan of Sanju Samson - he is a wonderful player. It is great to see Sanju back in the T20 team". 

Interestingly, AB de Villiers also predicted before the ODI series in South Africa that Sanju can deliver in African conditions and that is exactly what happened in the decider of that series. All Sanju Samson fans will hope that he replicates his heroics against the Afghans and take his career progression to another level.
