One of the most fearless Indian batters, Virender Sehwag was among the major reasons for India's success in the T20 World Cup 2007 and the World Cup 2011. He even took Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings (formerly known as Kings XI Punjab) to the qualifiers with his blistering performances. 

Talking about his IPL career, Sehwag featured in 104 games and played for Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) and Kings XI Punjab. He amassed 2728 runs in his IPL career, including 16 half-centuries and two centuries and five times, he crossed the fifty-run mark with a strike rate higher than 200, which places him at the fifth spot of this record.

After he joined the Mumbai Indians team, he became one of the foremost players of the team and even helped them win multiple titles. 

When it comes to playing with a higher strike rate, Suryakumar Yadav has been the premier Indian cricketer in the last few years.
