Here, we take a look at five certain players who have accumulated the highest number of runs across all international formats between the 2017 and 2025 ICC Champions Trophy events, i.e., from June 19, 2017 until February 18, 2025 to be precise.

England’s all-time batting great Joe Root minted 11,377 international runs in 264 innings at a prolific average of 47.80 between the two ICC Champions Trophies of 2017 and 2025. While Sharma reaped significant Test success during the initial phase of this near eight-year period, a form decline limited his aggregate to just 3,117 runs from 80 innings at 42.12.
