The cricket story between Australia Women and Pakistan Women has always been one-sided, with the women in Yellow dominating the Women in Green. In a few of these matches, Australia's legendary batters like Meg Lanning and Belinda Clark outshone the parameters by which women's cricket is played. Recently, Beth Mooney, too, joined that list,

Mooney struck a ferocious ton against Pakistan Women in the ongoing Women's World Cup and made her name in the list of the highest individual scores for Australia Women against Pakistan. Here's the full list that features all the legends alongside her.

5) Beth Mooney (109 runs*)

Beth Mooney made her name on this elite list twice. To start with, her heroics against Pakistan Women in the ongoing Women’s World Cup 2025 earned her the 5th position on the list. She scored a brilliant 109 runs off just 114 balls at a strike rate of 95.61.

The rest of the team failed to make notable contributions, except for Alana King, who remained unbeaten on 51. The collapse of the Australian batting lineup was disappointing, as after the 7th over, the women in yellow kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Nevertheless, Mooney’s innings could prove to be a deciding factor if Australia manages to win the match.

4) Meg Lanning (124 runs)

The next one on the list is Meg Lanning, the legendary Australian skipper and batter, who scored a brilliant 124 runs off just 106 balls against Pakistan Women in the second ODI at Kuala Lumpur back in 2018.

While Rachael Haynes also contributed a fine 79-run knock, it was Lanning’s 124 that helped Australia post a total of 273 runs on the board. Pakistan Women failed to chase down the target, as only opener Nahida Khan scored 66 runs, while the rest of the middle order collapsed after the 38th over, bundling out for just 123 runs.

3) Belinda Clark (131 runs)

The next one on the list is another legendary skipper, Belinda Clark, who piled up 131 runs at a strike rate of 135.05 against the Women in Green back in 1997. The match was historic, as Clark's teammate also made it to the top five of the list with a remarkable knock.

What is even more impressive is that Australia Women, batting first, scored a total of 397 runs in an ODI match, losing only four wickets. However, the disappointment came from Pakistan Women, who were wrapped up for just 23 runs, probably one of the worst performances by any team across genders. Pakistan Women’s collapse was marked by a four-fer from Olivia Magno, as Clark cherished the 374-run win.

2) Beth Mooney (133 runs)

Beth Mooney once again made it to the list, this time in second position, with her 133-run knock in Sydney back in 2023. Batting first, Mooney lost her opening partner, Phoebe Litchfield, early.

However, she went on to build a solid partnership with then-skipper Meg Lanning, steadying the innings before falling in the 36th over. Her strong batting performance helped Australia reach a total of 336, while in reply, Pakistan Women managed only 235 runs at the end of 50 overs.

1) Lisa Keightley (156 runs)

Topping the list of highest individual scores for Australia Women against Pakistan Women is Lisa Keightley, who was Belinda Clark’s opening partner in the 1997 match at Melbourne. She played a masterclass unbeaten knock of 156 runs off 147 balls, striking at a rate of 106.12.

Her brilliant innings gave Australia a commanding edge, while Pakistan, who crumbled after facing the massive total posted by Australia, were dismissed for just 23 runs, handing Australia Women one of the widest margins of victory in cricket history.
