On May 18, 2023, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, Heinrich Klaasen delivered a stunning century against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Match 65 of the Indian Premier League. The South African wicketkeeper-batter lit up the evening with a blistering 104 off just 51 balls, reaching his century in only 49 deliveries. 

Klaasen's knock, laced with 8 fours and 6 sixes, was a lone standout in Sunrisers Hyderabad’s innings as they posted 186/5. His powerful display of clean hitting earned him widespread praise, even though RCB eventually chased down the target with ease.

4) By 45 Balls - Ishan Kishan vs RR

On March 23, 2025, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, Ishan Kishan lit up the second match of IPL 2025 with a sensational century against Rajasthan Royals. The explosive left-hander smashed an unbeaten 106 off just 47 balls, reaching his hundred in only 45 deliveries. 

Kishan’s blazing knock, decorated with 11 fours and 6 sixes, powered Sunrisers Hyderabad to a mammoth total of 286/6 — one of the highest team scores in IPL history. His fireworks at the top laid the foundation for a 44-run win as SRH kicked off their campaign in emphatic style.

3) By 43 Balls - David Warner vs KKR

On April 30, 2017, David Warner delivered one of the most explosive knocks in IPL history during the 37th match against Kolkata Knight Riders at Hyderabad. The Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper smashed a breathtaking 126 off just 59 balls, bringing up his century in only 43 deliveries. 

Warner's innings, studded with 10 fours and 8 sixes, powered SRH to a towering 209/3 in 20 overs. His commanding performance not only set up a 48-run victory for his side but also earned him the Player of the Match award, highlighting his dominance with both bat and in the field with two catches.

1) By 39 Balls - Travis Head vs RCB

On April 15, 2024, Travis Head unleashed a blistering assault on the Royal Challengers Bengaluru bowlers, smashing a 39-ball century, one of the fastest in IPL history, during Match 30 of the season at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. 

The Sunrisers Hyderabad opener hammered 102 off just 41 balls, decorated with 9 fours and 8 sixes, setting the tone for SRH’s record-breaking total of 287/3, the highest ever in IPL. His fearless onslaught paved the way for a 25-run win, despite a spirited 262-run reply from RCB. Head's stunning knock earned him the Player of the Match award.
