When Pakistan wins, they often do it in style. Yet there are some victories that are not just wins; they are absolute demolitions.

Being able to crush the opponent with several overs to spare shows not only dominance but also full control over the game.

Here are the biggest ODI wins recorded in Pakistan by balls remaining, with each telling a story of power, pride, and precision.

5. Pakistan vs India - 136 balls (Lahore, 1997)

Nearly two decades ago, Pakistan overpowered arch-rival India. At Lahore, the pace of Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis ran through the Indian batting.

Chasing a modest target of 217, Ijaz Ahmed (139) and Shahid Afridi (47) made it a cakewalk as Pakistan reached home with 136 balls to spare. The crowd in Gaddafi Stadium erupted, rejoicing not only in a win but another chapter of excellence at home.

4. Pakistan vs India - 139 balls (Sialkot, 1978)

Any win against India is special, but to dominate them this completely is just unforgettable. In 1978, Pakistan annihilated India in Sialkot, still one of their most one-sided victories against their arch-rivals. India, after being put in to bat first, found it very difficult to get going and managed an extremely low total of just 79 runs.

The Pakistan batters, spearheaded by the legendary Zaheer Abbas and Azmat Rana, chased this down with ease and won the game with 139 balls still remaining. It stays as one of the earliest reminders of how intimidating Pakistan can be at home.

3. Pakistan vs South Africa - 149 balls (Faisalabad, 2025)

In 2025, in Faisalabad, Pakistan put on another impressive display, this time against a top-tier South African team. With the help of Saim Ayub's aggression and Babar Azam's class, Pakistan's top order easily won after bowling South Africa out for a respectable 143.

Winning by 149 balls remaining, it marked Pakistan’s biggest home win over a top-tier team in recent memory and gave their fans a night to remember.

2. Pakistan vs Bangladesh - 182 balls (Karachi, 2008)

During the 2008 Asia Cup held in Karachi, Pakistan were at their ruthless best against Bangladesh. The visitors were bundled out for just 115, with the Pakistani bowlers, led by Abdur Rauf and Saeed Ajmal, making light work of the batting lineup.

In reply, Pakistan’s top order came out firing. Salman Butt and Nasir Jamshed ensured there were no hiccups as the hosts chased down the target in less than 20 overs. The win, with 182 balls still to spare, marked the beginning of Pakistan’s dominance at home and Bangladesh’s struggles on away soil during that period.

1. Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe – Won by 191 balls (Rawalpindi, 2004)

It’s rare for a visiting team to completely outclass another side on Pakistani soil, but in 2004, Sri Lanka did exactly that. Facing Zimbabwe in Rawalpindi, the Sri Lankans bowled first and wrapped up Zimbabwe’s innings for a mere 104 runs.

Chaminda Vaas and Upul Chandana tore through the lineup like a storm. In reply, Sri Lanka chased the target in just 18.1 overs, winning with a staggering 191 balls remaining. It wasn’t just a win, it was a statement of superiority.
