Amit Mishra is trending all over social media since the clips of his now viral podcast with Shubhankar Mishra have come forward. Amit Mishra is the former India leg-spinner who has played in all three formats for India and is one of the most successful bowler in the IPL history.
The leg-spinner played for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2024 and has 22 Tests, 36 ODIs and 10 T20Is for India.
In the podcast, however, he did not back down on commenting openly on various controversial issues which included his former teammates as well like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Gautam Gambhir.
He talked about Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli's fight during IPL 2023 and stated that it was Virat Kohli's fault, but Gautam Gambhir was the one who went to him after the fight and sorted it out. He also stated that KL Rahul might be removed as captain of LSG while he also added that Shubman Gill is not a captain material.
He has been facing lot of backlash since his videos have come out, and it would be interesting to see how the players he has commented on react on it.
