The nation's heart is swelled with pride and joy when an Indian skipper, lifts the T20 World Cup. Much like in 2007 when India, under the astute leadership of the legendary Mahendra Singh Dhoni, won against Pakistan and clinched the T20 World Cup trophy.

This victory not only ended the ICC trophy drought in India but also stirred a wave of emotions across the nation.

The Men In Blue's victory in the T20 World Cup sparked a wave of jubilation that swept across the country. The scale of the celebrations was immense, with fans expressing their unbridled joy through fireworks and dance.

Upon Team India's return from South Africa in 2007,  the MS Dhoni-led side held a bus parade in Mumbai. The streets were lined with thousands of fans, united in their pride and joy, to welcome the players. The parade, which circled all over Mumbai city, was a celebration not just of 11 players, but of the entire nation.

A humorous incident occurred during this parade when Sachin Tendulkar was stuck in traffic on his way to practice at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Due to the excess commotion, he was stuck in traffic for 3-4 hours.

Moreover, the fans can look forward to the replication of 2007 T20 WC bus parade, as per reports Team India are set to do an open bus parade yet again following their recent T20 World Cup 2024 victory.
