Ahead of the first ODI match at Rawalpindi between Pakistan and New Zealand, players from both teams hit the nets hard to get into the jam for the One-Dayers from the T20Is. From the practice session, a video went viral of Babar Azam getting bowled by Naseem Shah's jaffa.
Pakistan's young right-arm pace sensation bowled at a great pace and used the shape to get the better of one of the best batters going around. Naseem bowled a hard length delivery on the off and middle-stump line and made the cherry seam away from the right-hander with the angle.
After the dismissal, the 20-year-old was seen giving a small stare to his captain and then hinting about the perfect line and length at which he bowled to Babar to someone standing behind the nets.
Talking about the ongoing first ODI, Pakistan have won the toss and asked the Blackcaps to bat first.
At the time of writing, the Kiwis are batting solidly, with Will Young is batting impressively after notching his second ODI fifty alongside Daryl Mitchell on the other end, with their total 103-1 after 20 overs.
The T20I series, which preceded the ODIs, was shared between both teams, with the series ending the with scoreline of 2-2.
