Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star batsman, Virat Kohli, is no stranger to fans seeking his attention. During RCB's recent match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Ekana Cricket Stadium, one fan went to great lengths to show his admiration for the star player.

Despite tight security, the fan managed to breach the barriers and touch Kohli's feet. In a show of kindness and appreciation, Kohli reciprocated the fan's enthusiasm by embracing him tightly, sending the fan into a frenzy of joy. The video of the incident has since gone viral on social media platforms and has taken the internet by storm.

Meanwhile, earlier in the day, RCB won the toss and elected to bat first on a pitch that appeared difficult for the batters. Kohli, partnering with Faf du Plessis, took the crease and faced a tough Lucknow bowling attack. The two players managed to form a formidable partnership of 62 runs, surviving some near misses before Ravi Bishnoi dismissed Kohli. Unfortunately, this proved to be the turning point for RCB's batting line-up as they struggled and ultimately only managed to score a paltry 126/9.

In response, RCB's bowlers, however, had different plans. With Mohammed Siraj claiming the early wicket of Kyle Mayers in the first over, LSG found it difficult to establish any momentum. They soon found themselves at 38-5, with Marcus Stoinis and Krishnappa Gowtham being the only players to offer any resistance.

Unfortunately for Lucknow, RCB's spinners proved to be too much for them, and they were eventually bowled out for 108 in 19.5 overs. The win for RCB has certainly made the tournament more exciting, with five teams having won five and lost four of their nine games, making the race for playoffs an intriguing one.
