Netizens Go Wild As CSK Superstar Updates on His Arrival For IPL 2023

With eight days left for the 16th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), preparations are in full swing for the franchises as they await their overseas players to join them.
Four-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings' (CSK) all-rounder Ben Stokes has updated on his arrival for the upcoming season. The English Test skipper posted a story on his Instagram handle along with a post on Twitter revealing that he has left his home and is on the way to reach India anytime soon.
In the photo, Stokes's feet are visible as he could be seen lying in his car while travelling to the airport. Moreover, he has written the caption "See you soon Chennai Super Kings" which sent social media, especially CSK fans into a frenzy.
The left-handed batter was picked by the Chennai-based franchise for a whopping sum of ₹16.25 Crore as they finished the last season in ninth position.
Ben's availability has been a major concern as he has been suffering from a knee injury which has hindered him from bowling in the recent Test series versus New Zealand.
Moreover, it will be interesting to see if the World Cup winner stays till the end of the tournament if CSK manages to reach playoffs as England is lined up to play a Test against Ireland from 1st June.
Stokes will be arriving in a day which means he would be available to feature in the side's opening game against Gujarat Giants on 31st March.
